Alexander Franz
Alexander Franz is a northern based Actor Musician from Leeds. He is a 2026 BA Acting graduate from The University of Lancashire.
Combining natural comedic instinct with classical period sensibility, Alex is comfortable with complex text, romantic vulnerability, and precise physical comedy - from Shakespearean kings to the endearing awkwardness of modern characters.
Credits whilst training include Laurie and Mr Laurence in an original stage adaptation of Little Women and Aleksandar King in 3 Winters.
Alongside acting, he also writes his own original material and is currently working on an ensemble based comedy for Fringe festivals.
Alex most recently appeared as Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Shakespeare North Playhouse.
